1.Renter agrees to provide adequate supervision over all participants at all times and assumes full responsibility for the acts of each group(s)/individual participant(s).
2.Do not cut any trees or brush for any reason. Please leave our fragile natural environment the way you find it.
3.Drinking of alcoholic beverages and use of illegal drugs are prohibited.
4.Smoking on premises is allowed only in the confines of an enclosed personal vehicle.
5.Due to the high fire danger, fires are allowed in the designated fire pit areas only. Fireworks are prohibited.
6.The discharging of firearms and/or use of weapons on the immediate campground and site facilities is prohibited.
7.Use of the river for swimming purposes is prohibited year-round because of the extreme current flow and dangerously cold temperatures. The following precautions are strongly advised: Hiking and/or fishing on the banks of the river should be done in groups of two or more and adult supervision is required at all times. The use of appropriate clothing, life jackets and equipment to withstand the frigid temperatures of the river should be worn.
8.Any unnecessary driving of any vehicles in or around the immediate campground and site facilities is prohibited.
Any violation of these rules and regulations or terms of your individual rental agreement will result in the immediate termination of your rental agreement and license to use our facilities.
The URRC will grant a license/contract to the renter for the designated uses as described in your rental agreement. The renter shall be responsible for all loss or damage incurred to said URRC grounds and equipment. The grounds, buildings, and equipment shall be left clean, presentable, and usable at the hour of closing of the camp rental period or a charge for clean-up and/or damages will be assessed. A final inspection of the facilities and grounds will be made prior to the departure of your group with the grounds caretaker.
Insurance
Renter will provide their own accident and health insurance for all the attendees and staff in their group and will provide URRC proof of such insurance prior to the rental of the camp facilities. The renter will agree to indemnify and hold URRC harmless from any claims of every kind and nature that may arise out of or are in any way connected with the renter’s use of the facilities
